Nylah, Co-Founder
Nylah looks like she should be hosting a Victorian tea party instead of building an online empire empowering women, and yet here we are. She began in 2005 as a transcriber, back when “work from home” meant something had likely gone wrong. By the late 2000s, she had to overexplain the telesummits she was producing, when the idea was unknown in India. Over two decades, she has helped generate multiple seven figures and launch spiritual entrepreneurs into the healing space. She has run her business from Dubai, Bali, Malaysia and Singapore, and is now manifesting to bring it to an English countryside cottage by a lake, picnicking under a tree with her four cats and (arguably) her two daughters. Raised in devotion in the secular 80’s scene of South India, she learned to belong everywhere.
A Sufi at heart and open to all paths, she can recite shlokas from the Gita as easily as verses from the Bible. This numerological polyglot aims to embrace her innately traditional feminine essence amidst her various professional and personal roles. She looks up to the royal female figures of the near past, and carries herself with a natural regality that survives her childlike playfulness, clumsiness and that unmistakable, horse-like laugh (seriously, it's uncanny). She has a preference for floral-print everything, talcum powder (though I actively try to switch her to natural alternatives), masala dosa (from her hometown, Bangalore, ONLY), and Indian fusion and classical music alike. She once trained in Bharatnatyam, which explains the grace with which her arm swing knocks over the person walking behind her. Quiet, feminine, traditional, entrepreneurial, generous, faithful and adorably clumsy, Nylah has built wealth on her own terms and now mentors women to do the same.
