These Terms & Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HerAwaken website, events, digital programs, summit materials, community access, and any related services (collectively, the “Offerings”).

By accessing or using this website or any of our Offerings, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website immediately and contact us at support@herawaken.com to request removal of your access.

HerAwaken is owned and operated by Impactful Summits, which belongs to Razvi Group FZC LLC, a UAE-based company.

Throughout these Terms, “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Impactful Summits under Razvi Group FZC LLC.

“You” refers to any user, participant, or purchaser of our Offerings.

You must be at least 16 years old to access this website. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to purchase any Offering.

2. Use of Website & Offerings

HerAwaken provides educational content, virtual events, summits, community access, speaker sessions, digital materials, and related resources.

By using this website or purchasing access to any Offering, you agree to:

• Use all content for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the website or community
• Not share login credentials or paid access links
• Not reproduce, resell, or redistribute any materials

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access at our discretion if these Terms are violated.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on HerAwaken — including but not limited to text, videos, recordings, summit sessions, branding, graphics, images, speaker materials, trademarks, and digital downloads — is the intellectual property of Impactful Summits / Razvi Group FZC LLC or used with permission.

You may:

• Access content for personal use
• Print or download materials for personal reference only

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute content
• Share paid access with others
• Republish summit recordings or materials
• Claim any content as your own

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

4. Digital Access & Event Participation

When you register for a HerAwaken event or purchase access (including All-Access Passes, upgrades, or replay access), you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

Prohibited actions include:

• Sharing replay links
• Downloading or distributing recordings
• Using summit materials for commercial teaching or resale
• Public rebroadcasting of sessions

We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if misuse is detected.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

Payments

If you purchase an upgrade, pass, or digital product, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our Offerings (including live events, replay access, and downloadable materials), all sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise on the sales page.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us at support@herawaken.com, your access will be revoked and you may be restricted from future participation.

If you experience payment issues, please contact us directly so we can assist you.

6. Disclaimer

HerAwaken content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. Participation in any event or program does not create a professional-client relationship.

By using this site, you acknowledge:

• We make no guarantees regarding results
• Outcomes vary based on personal effort and circumstances
• You are responsible for your own decisions and actions

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Impactful Summits and Razvi Group FZC LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in harmful or disruptive behavior
• We determine your actions negatively impact the community or business

Termination does not relieve any outstanding payment obligations.
